It should be noted that all the items that get delivered to the United States, are delivered through USPS. You can stay updated on the day-to-day location of your products by simply putting your tracking number into the USPS tracking website, which will help you in finding the location of your product in real time. In order to gain access to your tracking ID, you can find it in your order confirmation email, or simply visit our order look up link.

Our items get shipped from different warehouses all over the world, which is why it will usually take 12-20 days to get shipped to your mentioned address from the day you ordered the product.
Sometimes, your tracking information my appear to be frozen or stuck, which may be because they are in the middle of transition between two countries and their distribution centers. Your item is more likely to be in transit if it has been less than 30 days since you placed the order.
Where is my order?
As most of our products arrive in bulk from various foreign suppliers, the packages usually get delivered between 12-30 working days after the order has been placed. In some rare occasions, however, it may take longer to get delivered, simply because of shipping issues or delays in customs.
Sizes bigger than 30x40cm are Box packed. Sizes bigger than 70x70cm cannot b shipped rolled under standard shipping so they are shipped folded & well packed. Bigger sizes can be shipped rolled only through paid special shipping.
